About this event

Participants should have already attended an IPS Core training- these sessions are to help you grow your practice beyond the training. Please do not register for these sessions if you have not yet attended IPS core training. IPS trainers are also more than welcome to attend these sessions.

To secure your place, please purchase a ticket at $20 or consider a donation in any amount that works for your budget- we always appreciate organizations who can pay a higher donation for their staff to attend as this then subsidises people who are self funding.

There are several dates to select from. You can book multiple co-reflection sessions.

It is our preference that participants book their place themselves by adding their own name and email so we can ensure they have the log in details and the pre-session information about attendance/ participation.

Please note that all log in information will be sent to email you give when you book. If your email address has a firewall you might want to provide another email address or check your spam/ junk folder.

To deepen your team's practice of IPS, the utilization of Co-Reflection is essential. IPS offers online co-reflection to those wishing to establish the practice in their organizations as well as those practicing IPS independently and desire co-reflection support. This time is intended for those who have completed the Core training and are actively practicing Intentional Peer Support. It is suggested that co-reflection is practiced at least once per month.

IPS co-reflection is a process that we can use to help each other reflect on our practice (how we’re doing what we say we want to be doing). It is about us creating expertise together through a process of learn, practice, reflection. It is designed to model the peer support relationship so that we are practicing the principles at all levels of our relationships. Co-reflection leads to increased levels of personal development and to deepening relationships.  (Intentional Peer Support Co-Reflection Guide - https://www.intentionalpeersupport.org/coreflection/?v=b8a74b2fbcbb )

The online IPS co-reflection runs for up to 90 minutes, the sessions are interactive and will be facilitated by an experienced IPS Central trainer. Registering participants should be familiar with Intentional Peer Support having already attended an IPS Core training. For best experience, registrants should have access to a computer that has both video and sound. Instructions and a link to the meeting will be forwarded to you at least 24 hours before the date/time of your co-reflection.

If you require a certificate of attendance you should attend and fully participate in the full session and afterward email info@intentionalpeersupport.org to request a certificate (this is not automated and does need to be requested). Certificates will be issued within 2 weeks after the session is complete.

Your booking is non-refundable but you can transfer your place to another person if you are unable to attend the session.

All meeting times are offered based on East Coast USA time. To do the timezone math for where you are, we recommend www.worldtimebuddy.com to assure that you're selecting a time that works for you.
