Registration check in times: Friday 7:30 am - 8:30 am | Saturday 7:30 am - 8:15 am

Current Iowa AEYC Members, to access your discounted registration rate, follow these steps:

1. Click the Register button.
2. Click Enter promo code (See step # 3)(in blue, above the ticket options).
3. Type in the email address associated with your membership (your email address is your code).
4. Click Apply. This will unlock your member rates.

If you are a new Iowa AEYC Members, to access your discounted registration rate, follow these steps:(NAEYC and our registration system do not connect)

1. Email your membership confirmation to jonni@iowaaeyc.org.
2. Jonni will then enter your email into the registration system
3. Once done with step 2 she will send you a confirmation that it has been entered.
4. Follow the Member steps above to unlock your member rate

Training Credit: 5.0 credit hours of HHS and NAC renewal credit will be available on Friday and 6.0 credit hours of HHS and NAC renewal credit will be available on Saturday. If you are a participant in the HHS Childcare Training Registry, Iowa AEYC will process your enrollment when you enroll on I-PoWeR. To enroll in the conference follow this link to Spring Institute 2025.

**Certificates: Certificates this year will be electronic so please make sure your email is correct when registering.**

H otel Information: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Airport. Please follow this link for booking your room.

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel, refund can be made if cancellation notice is received by Thursday April 24 at 5:00 pm. After April 24, all registered attendees must pay registration fees.
