Andy Ball is RAD Urban’s President. Formerly president and CEO of Webcor Builders, Andy applied a technology-based approach to grow general contractor Webcor in the San Francisco high-rise market before selling to a multi-national Japanese contractor. Andy also led Suffolk Construction’s entry into the West Coast Market, making it a key player in the Bay Area construction market.

Ken Lowney founded Lowney Architecture in 2003. The firm has won particular acclaim for its prefabricated multifamily housing designs and numerous design awards from professional organizations. Ken’s approach to architecture is rooted in his belief that architecture is more than simply buildings and, if thoughtfully and responsibly done, can advance community. Ken graduated from Occidental College with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, studied architecture at the Architectural Association in London and earned a Master’s degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc).

Geoff Morgan oversees all operations of First Community Housing, serving over 3,000 residents. The non-profit developer has recently completed the stacking of a modular, 135-unit permanent supportive housing complex just south of Downtown San Jose, and is exploring modular options for future projects. Geoff has over 16 years of experience in overseeing all aspects of the financing, development, construction and operation of affordable housing projects, subdivision home building, commercial real estate development, agricultural land trusts, historic renovations and military base reuse. He is a graduate of MIT with a Masters in real estate development and a licensed general contractor who is LEED AP Homes accredited.
