Intuitive Pole Dance Class

Deepen the art of your unique pole flow with Bren's Intuitive Pole Class! This session will give you the opportunity to explore your mind/body connection, in addition to getting to know the pole, environment, and music as your dance partners. This one-of-a-kind class can enrich all aspects of your life! All pole levels are welcome.

Suggested Attire: Layers and kneepads are preferred so you have options in movement. You may want to wear skin revealing polewear underneath clothing items such as sweatpants and long-sleeves. Socks and heels are optional.
