Is there any prior dance / athletic experience required?

No! This container is deliberately & lovingly crafted for the purpose of allowing anyone & everyone wanting to come into deeper connection with their body to feel secure, welcome, and held. All bodies are welcome. All humans eager to expand their movement capacity are welcome. Let's play together!

Comfortable clothing that feels good on your body! Clothing that doesn't restrict your movement, or that need frequent readjustment is a big plus. Maybe even explore finding soft delicious pieces that allow you to feel yummy and free in your body. Wear things that bring you joy!

If I have an injury, can I still participate?

Absolutely! In many ways, this is a GREAT space to be with an injury. Intuitive Movement has proven to be a very powerful practice in bringing the body back into harmony. As you give yourself permission to gently & tenderly care for & move your body, your body will give you so much back in return.
