Intuitive meditation is an active meditation practice that uses specific guided imagery to increase beneficial energies, and with practice, clear and replace less desirable energies. The Center of Intuitive Awareness will lead us through an hour of intuitive meditation.

Center for Intuitive Awareness incorporates techniques to address all aspects of mind, body and spirit. Our methods are designed to empower and inspire our clients to heal and problem solve. Clients come to us from many different backgrounds, religions and belief systems and report that they are able to successfully integrate the intuitive awareness techniques into their own belief systems. We do not exclude or align with any religious tradition or authority.
