A community-owned cooperative store and cafe, dedicated to the freshest local produce, non-GMO and certified organic groceries, and high-quality vitamins, supplements and beauty items. Starting on the backporches of a small group of impassioned food pioneers, Oryana now serves the Northwest Michigan Area as the country's first Certified Organic Retailer that supports over $3 million of local farmer and vendor sales annually. It's a full-service grocery store that is deliciously different.

Join us for an empowering workshop on intuitive eating at Oryana!

Oryana West

This 90-minute workshop will introduce the principles of Intuitive Eating, as understood through the Health At Every Size® model. We will explore the realities of body diversity and weight-based prejudice while looking to weight neutrality as a necessary shift in our approaches to health. Participants will leave with tools to implement this information in their own lives and broaden their understanding of human relationships to body, food, and movement.Led by JodiAnn Stevenson, Health Coach at Head &amp; Heart Therapeutic Solutions
