Come join us for an evening of introductory wheel throwing. You don't have to be a member to join us for this weekly class.

237 W 24th St

Beginning potters will get started with wheel throwing and an introduction to working with clay and forming shapes for everyday use objects: cups, bowls, plates and more.
Learn about wedging, throwing on various wheels, trimming and form finishing. Get your hands dirty (literally!) and learn enough to feel comfortable working on the potter&#x27;s wheel yourself.
*This workshop occurs weekly on Saturdays and is not part of an overall course. However you are welcome to return weekly!*
**Classes are not limited to Makerspace Members, however all participants (Members included) are required to be fully masked in the Pottery Studio.**
Dates: Every Saturday
Times: 6pm-8pm
Cost: $30 per session (materials and needed tools provided by 757 Makerspace)
