This in-person training is an accessible, practice-focused introduction to working in a neurodivergence-informed way.
Designed for counsellors, psychotherapists, and coaches, this session will explore how neurodivergence might show up in the therapy room, why traditional approaches may not always meet neurodivergent clients' needs, and how you can adapt your practice to be more inclusive and affirming – whether or not your client has a formal diagnosis.
Facilitated by Rachel Jones-Wild (Mindful Therapies) and Shelley Farnham (Complex Connexions), the training draws on lived experience, clinical practice, and research. It will also explore the role of mindfulness – including how to offer it in ways that work better for neurodivergent clients.
Spaces are limited to 12 participants, so booking is essential.
