Welcome to the 4-week Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Course, a cornerstone of the Mindfulness Teachers Training Certification Program (MMTCP) led by esteemed facilitators Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Renowned globally for its integration of psychological insight and spiritual depth, MMTCP offers a transformative journey.
