About this event
“The boundary to what we can accept is the boundary to our freedom.”
—Tara Brach
A four-week introduction to mindfulness course online. Each hour long session will consist of a short guided meditation, a teaching on mindfulness, a longer guided meditation, and time for sharing and questions. These foundational practices are the basis for cultivating awareness and deepening presence in daily life. All are welcome to embark on this journey of self-discovery and inner peace together.
Although this is an introduction course, these practices are foundational and would be appropriate for all experience levels. The four sessions build on each other but you are welcome to join at any point over the four weeks.
This course is freely offered, with donations gratefully accepted.
Please register for each session below. Hope to see you there!
