About this event

  • 4 hours

You are invited to learn the foundations of lomilomi in the lineage of Pa Ola Hawaii; techniques and perspectives to bring a body and mind to balance whether you are a practitioner or simply want to lighten life's weight off of someone you love. With plenty of hands on training (focusing on our unique stretching routine) each participant will leave with an intact routine to fold into their practice or share with friends. We will also discuss cultural philosophy and mindset of lomilomi so we may practice with authenticity and reverence for the Hawaiian culture. Not all wisdom is taught in one school | ‘A‘ohe pau ke ‘ike ka hālau ho‘okahi
Please come with an open mind to new possibilities.
