Join me for free, virtual introductory workshops starting Sunday, April 28th where we will dive into the principles of intuitive eating, learn the basics to get started on a new relationship with food, and get any lingering questions you might have answered!

No purchases necessary! However, if you'd like to follow along and get even more hands-on with the principles and start exploring on your own, you are encouraged to get a copy of the book and workbook from your local library or bookstore.
