This class is designed for driven professionals (ages 25–50+) who are serious about solving chronic pain, posture issues, or movement inefficiencies. Most attendees have already tried PT, massage, or intense fitness—but haven’t found lasting results.

Most traditional approaches treat the symptoms—tight hips, sore back, weak glutes. We target the root cause: how your body moves as a system. Functional Patterns focuses on posture, fascia, and integrated movement to create change that actually lasts.

Do I need to be fit or flexible to attend?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. This class is beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are. You’ll be guided through gentle posture work, movement assessments, and myofascial release techniques in a small-group format. No burpees, bootcamp vibes, or forced stretching here.
