Tired of feeling stiff, imbalanced, or one wrong move away from another injury? Our 4 week Intro to FP cohort is designed to help you move better, feel strong, and fix pain at the root.


Over 4 weeks you'll learn how to:

💦 Use myofascial release to rehydrate fascia and reduce restrictions
⛓️Train your core for real spine stability (beyond sit-ups and crunches)
🍑 Integrate glutes into movement so your hips and back are supported
🌀 Build rotational strength that matches your body’s natural design

This isn’t just another random workout; it’s a blueprint for sustainable, pain-free movement.


What’s included:

  • 4 weekly small group sessions (1x/week)
  • Group-specific homework and guided practice
  • Private email check-ins for Q&A


This is for you if:

  • You’ve tried lifting, yoga, PT, and are still stuck in pain or compensation
  • You want a long-term solution, not another band-aid
