Over 4 weeks you'll learn how to:

⛓️Train your core for real spine stability (beyond sit-ups and crunches)
🍑 Integrate glutes into movement so your hips and back are supported
🌀 Build rotational strength that matches your body’s natural design
This isn’t just another random workout; it’s a blueprint for sustainable, pain-free movement.
