About this event
Join us for an Introduction to Design Thinking. This two-half day training event, led by the Further Degree design team, will provide you with the mindset, framework and set of tools you need to put humans and their context at the heart of your innovation efforts.
This is a very hands-on class and you will learn by doing using a digital whiteboarding tool called MIRO. Throughout the day you will work with a team, utilizing a four-part framework to discover, analyze, create and develop a contextualized human-focused product or service.

- Analyze: Interpreting Research into Observations, Insights & Implications, and Hands-on Exercises
Day Two
- Welcome Back…and where did we leave off?
- Analyze: Synthesizing to Create How Might We Statements
- Create: Structured Brainstorming, Define Concepts, Storyboarding, and Hand on Exercises
- Develop: Why do Evaluative Research? Realize Solutions through MVPs
- Pulling it all together: How can you apply this framework to your work?
