Step into the world of sound healing in this immersive, beginner-friendly experience guided by Ryan Stanley, owner of Sacred Sound of the Soul in Encinitas, CA.
You’ll explore how crystal singing bowls can calm the nervous system, shift brainwaves, and awaken deeper states of awareness. Whether you're drawn to sound for personal healing, meditation, or to support others, this class will give you the tools to begin working with crystal singing bowls. During our time together participants will get to play the crystal bowls to hear the beautiful frequencies they offer for healing.
No experience necessary.
This course is offered both in-person and online, with high-quality technology to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all participants. If you have a crystal bowl, you're welcome to play along from home—but it's not required to join.
