Choosing By Advantages (CBA) is a decision-making system developed by Jim Suhr in 1986.

Core Principle: Decisions must be based on the importance of advantages between alternatives.

Purpose: To help teams make sound, collaborative, and transparent decisions, especially for complex choices with multiple factors to consider.
