Join Neptune Mountaineering and the Colorado Mountain Club (CMC) for an informative session on uphill training. From hiking and trail running to backpacking and ski mountaineering, this event has something for any uphill athlete.

Emily Copeland, owner and registered dietitian with ActivEnergy Nutrition, will discuss optimizing what you eat during training for better performance and recovery.

Connie Sciolinio, owner and trainer at the Alpine Training Center, will cover techniques for building strength, increasing stamina, and improving recovery.

We'll round out the evening with a raffle to benefit the CMC and a shopping hour with 20% OFF Skratch Labs and Ultimate Direction products carried in-store at Neptune.
