Intro to Truffle Making

Willow Merritt is the owner/chocolatier of Yeti Chocolates.  She has with over a decade of chocolate making experience and enjoys teaching and sharing her love of chocolate with others.

Willow Merritt - Yeti Chocolates

Come out to the Yeti Chocolate workshop and learn how to make basic chocolate truffles.  Class will include how to melt chocolate in the microwave, making a basic chocolate ganache, and a hands on truffle rolling and dipping session that includes 3 chocolate truffles you get to take home at the end of class.  A great opportunity to learn some basic chocolate making skills you can use this holiday season!
Bring an apron and an eagerness to learn about chocolate!
