Are you enthused and curious about the naturally rooted structures around you? Feeling overwhelmed by the number of different tree species living in D.C.? Join Casey Trees and the Department of Parks and Recreation as we introduce you to the trees lining our streets, backyards, parks, and schools.

During this training, you will learn how to identify trees commonly found in Washington D.C., from the sprouting buds and leaves to the beautiful flowers we love so much. A portion of the class will be dedicating to practicing our tree ID skills by observing trees outside.

This course is geared toward anyone who is interested in building confidence in tree identification.
