What to wear

Wear something comfortable to stretch in. This class offers assisted stretching so we suggest dress accordingly. The studio is shoeless, warm socks are encouraged.

Where do I park?

There is ample parking in front of the studio.

Is there an age limit?

Everyone can benefit from stretching, anyone under 18 will need approval from guardian to partake. Children who need supervision must have a guardian present.

What if I have injuries?

Let the stretch therapist know of any injuries or limitations in your body for a tailored visit.

How long is each session?

Sessions are 1 hour long and meet once a week on the same day and time.
