Sourdough bread has exploded in popularity over recent years. Come learn the basics of creating your own starter to take and bake. In this hands-on class we will observe and discuss the various stages of starter and bread dough. You'll get an overview of the bread-making process, and learn how to care for a starter (it's easier than you think!). By the end, you will have everything you need to begin baking sourdough bread at home.
