Who is Farrah?
Farrah Fisher has been a dedicated Qigong instructor since 2017. She is an artist, and a certified trauma-informed facilitator. Farrah holds a master's certification as an NLP practitioner and Life Coach. In her teachings, Farrah prioritizes both physical and spiritual healing, incorporating gentle meditations and affirmations into her Qigong classes. This holistic approach offers participants a unique wellness experience that is unparalleled worldwide.

Do I have to be flexible?

No! Qi Gong is suitable for all levels. Adjustments are always welcome during practice. Qi Gong can also be done while seated.

Who should not do Qi Gong?

People who are pregnant, acutely ill, or have broken bones are advised against practicing Qi Gong.

How do you pronounce Qi Gong?

Chee Gong! It translates to “life force cultivation.” Some people say “Chi Gung,” but as long as it sounds similar, you got it!

What should I bring?
