East Multnomah Soil & Water Conservation District is excited to present an Intro to Naturescaping workshop!

Create healthy, low-maintenance landscapes that mimic nature! You’ll learn what you can do to prevent pollution, support beneficial wildlife, conserve water, and create a beautiful outdoor space for people, pets, and wildlife. You will also have an opportunity to tour EMSWCD's Conservation Corner, our naturescaped property!

Where is the workshop taking place?

The workshop will be at the East Multnomah Soil and Water Conservation District office (5211 N Williams Avenue, Portland, OR 97217).

What is parking like?

There is free parking along Williams Ave and in our parking lot on N Roselawn St. For those traveling by bike, our office is along a bike corridor, and we offer covered bike parking.

Can the District office be accessed by public transit?

The office is located on bus lines #44 and #72 and is a short walk from bus lines #6 and #4.

Is the District office ADA accessible?

Yes, both the District office and the grounds are ADA accessible. If you need any special accommodations to fully participate in our programs, please email Cat (cat@emswcd.org). To better serve you, six (6) business days prior to the event is preferred.
