About this event

In this 4-week journey, we'll explore four simple yet powerful forms of meditation—each designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and create moments of peace in your day.

Each week, we’ll introduce a new style of short meditation that you can begin practicing right away, no matter how busy or new to meditation you are.

Here’s what we’ll explore together:

  • Week 1: Mindfulness Meditation
Learn to anchor your awareness in the present moment through breath and sensation.
  • Week 2: Insight Meditation (Vipassana-inspired)
Cultivate clarity and self-awareness by observing thoughts, feelings, and inner patterns with gentle attention.
  • Week 3: Loving-Kindness (Metta)
Open the heart and generate compassion—for yourself and others—through guided phrases and intention.
  • Week 4: Soul-Centered Meditation
Connect with your inner essence through stillness, breath, and intention. This practice invites a deep sense of peace, spaciousness, and spiritual presence—rooted in your own unique path and beliefs.

You’re welcome to join the full 4-week series or drop into the sessions that resonate most with you—each class is self-contained and offers a unique style of meditation, so you’ll receive value whether you attend one or all. Come as you are, explore at your own pace, and take what fits your journey. 💛
