If you are curious about how to empower yourself to move through emotional stressors using EFT/tapping, join us for this 1-hour free class. Dawn will teach you the points and the technique and make sure you are comfortable using tapping on your own. She will adress some of the research around tapping and how it is being used to help people:

  • lose weight
  • control cravings
  • reduce or eliminate fears and phobias
  • overcome stressful situations
  • control physical discomfort
