Intro to EFT Tapping Workshop Series

Hi- I'm Heidi Behr, a Mindfulness / EFT Counselor, Yoga and Happiness Practitioner. I'm also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Certified Addictions Professional. I am a deeply spiritual person, who cusses a fair amount (sometimes swear words just fit prefectly!). I'm a non-traditional Catholic Yogi with Buddhist Leanings, a student of A Course in Miracles who believes in Coexist. I teach my clients and workshop participantshow to reduce anxiety on the spot, to use mindfulnessto be connected to the present moment with less fear and more acceptance of themselves. I teaches them to use their compass (yes, you have an internal compass!) to chart a course toward happiness and joy & be able to flourish in their lives.Some more background: I've taught at UCF School of Social Work, and supervised Social Work interns for almost a decade.  I've presented nationally on the topics of mindfulness, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, aka Tapping), self care (avoiding burnout), creativity, and spirituality. I love to do speaking engagements and am happy to come teach EFT or mindfulness to your organization (like I have done for the City of Orlando, OCPS, and various law and medical offices).  I contribute regularly to Give An Hour (a way to give free counseling to veterans and military famlies or others in need). This 4 week workshop/group meets on Wednesday Aug 24, Aug 31, Sept 7 and Sept 14 at either 11:30am-1pm OR  at 6pm-7:30pm.  You get to choose which time works best for you!

There is room for 10 in each group. You can sign up for morning or evening group. Participants will be given materials each week to help them deepen their learning and practice skills.
