I help innovators and visionaries to speak with power and ease so they can change the rooms or zooms they are in without self-doubt or losing precious sleep.​Through one-on-one coaching and customized corporate workshops, I help these game-changers experience public speaking as an adventure with exciting risks, discoveries, and massive rewards rather than as a horror movie with terror, hiding, and dread. I really want people to be seen and heard and make the impact they can uniquely make.I have coached a wide variety of folks - scientists, entrepreneurs, executives, activists, lawyers, doctors, students, brides, grooms, artists, a mountain climber, and even a top dog trainer. A number of my clients have appeared on Dr. Oz, The Today Show, and a few can be seen regularly on America's Test Kitchen.I'm the founder ofBoston Public Speaking,San Diego Public Speaking, and the Co-Founder ofLeap Media Training.I'm also a co-founder and teacher atBoston Acting Classes. My very talented husband, Art, and I run this together and have a blast. This fun workshop teaches the foundations of the craft of acting: active listening, improv, objectives, movement,  connection, and working with a simple script. This workshop is great for the beginner who has little to no acting experience, or for those who wish to get back in shape by revisiting the fundamentals of acting.
This is a hands-on, on-your-feet workshop.
Taught by:  Amanda Hennessey, Co-Founder of Boston Acting Classes (and Founder of Boston Public Speaking and San Diego Public Speaking)

ABOUT AMANDA:
Amanda is the Co-Founder of <A HREF="https://www.bostonactingclasses.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Boston Acting Classes</A> and has been teaching and coaching acting for over 15 years. She has also taught acting at the Film/TV Department at Boston University, at New York Film Academy, and at the Huntington Theatre Company in Boston. Amanda received her MFA in Acting from the Actors Studio Drama School in NYC. She has also studied with Upright Citizens Brigade and at The Barrow Group.
