About this event

Anyone passing this class will receive an Intoxilyzer 9000 Operator Permit.

The first portion of this class is a required 2 hour video that can be watched at the attendee's convenience. but must be completed prior to the in-person portion of the training, which consists of the practical and written exams. The date selected for this class is the date when these exams will be completed. Once registered for this class, the video link for the first portion of the class will be received at the bottom of the confirmation emailed.

If there are less than 10 people registered for the class, it might be rescheduled.

The Intoxilyzer 9000 recertification is through the 2024 online course at the following link: https://azba.forensicac.org/login/index.php

Your username is your Operator ID/Permit Number.

Please follow the steps in the course after you have completed the final exam.

Tips and troubleshooting:

If you recently took the online course, you do not have to do anything else at this time. Your renewal will be processed shortly.

Most issues related to the online recertification (logons, locked accounts, etc.) must be resolved through the website vendor, RTI. The lab cannot reset passwords or unlock accounts.
