How should I dress?

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for walking outdoors. Pants and sturdy shoes for trails are recommended. Long sleeves and a coat are encouraged, as evenings in the woods can be cool. And don’t forget bug spray!

Is the show accessible?

Accepted Answer

The performance takes place along a forest trail. While the path is not strenuous, it is natural terrain without paved walkways or handrails. Guests should be prepared for uneven ground.

Will I receive a physical ticket?

Accepted Answer

No physical tickets will be issued. You’ll receive a confirmation email after purchase, and we’ll have your name at check-in. Please bring a photo ID. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it. If you have not received a confirmation, contact us at intothewoodsnyccontact@gmail.

Question 4

If I arrive late, can I still enter?

All guests must arrive on time. While we will do our best to accommodate, you may miss key portions of the experience.

Question 5

Can I bring food or drinks inside?

Accepted Answer

Water bottles are welcome. Outside food is permitted, though concessions will also be available for purchase. Alcohol is not allowed. If you are staying overnight, meals are included in your package.

Question 6

If I can’t attend the date I purchased, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

Tickets may not be resold, and we cannot honor tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers. In certain cases, we may be able to refund your original purchase—please contact intothewoodsnyccontact@gmail.com

Question 7

Can I record audio/video or take photos during the show?

Accepted Answer

Recording and photography are not permitted during the performance. However, during intermission and after the show, you are welcome to take photos of the fire pit and the surrounding nature.

Question 8

Does my ticket include camping?

Accepted Answer

No, camping is optional and not included with your ticket. If you’d like to stay overnight, you can add a camping package when purchasing your ticket.

Question 9

If I stay overnight at camp, what is provided?

Accepted Answer

Rustic campsites with tents or lean-tos (assigned based on occupancy), latrines or bathrooms with flush toilets, cots or inflatable mattresses, all meals with plates and utensils, flashlights, sleeping bag (washed and sanitized after each use). We recommend bringing a blanket and pillow!

Question 10

If I'm staying overnight, what should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Toothbrush and toothpaste, soap and shampoo, hairbrush or comb, hand/face towel, deodorant, prescription medications in their original bottles, blanket and pillow (best packed in a kitchen-sized garbage bag), insect repellent with at least 25% DEET, reusable water bottle
