Renée Elise Goldsberry is a Tony Award- and Grammy Award-winning actress and singer currently starring on the critically acclaimed Netflix comedy series Girls5Eva, for which she has received Critics Choice and TCA Award nominations for her breakout performance as Wickie Roy. She won the Tony and a Grammy for originating the role of Angelica Schuyler in the groundbreaking Broadway phenom Hamilton, also receiving a Primetime Emmy nomination for Disney+’s filmed version of the musical. A Broadway veteran, her memorable stage work includes seminal musicals such as Rent, The Color Purple, The Lion King, Dreamgirls, and the play Good People opposite Frances McDormand, among countless others. Her screen credits include the title role in The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks starring Oprah Winfrey, CBS’s The Good Wife, the independent feature Waves, and two Daytime Emmy nominations for work on One Life to Live. Upcoming in 2024, Goldsberry will release an album of new music, showcasing her as both a songwriter and recording artist. In addition, a documentary about her life, Satisfied, executive produced by Steven Spielberg for Amblin Entertainment, will premiere this June at the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival.

Were should I park?

Guests with assigned seating inside the Offut Center will receive parking in the lower lot at 106 Godfrey Rd W. For attendees with lawn seats, parking is available in the upper field located at 1 Ladder Hill Rd, South Weston, CT."

Do I need chairs if I am sitting on the lawn

YES. You will need to bring chairs if you have purchased lawn seating. If you have purchased indoor Offutt Center seating, chairs are provided.

How long is the concert?

70 - 90 minutes.

Can I bring in outdoor food and drink?

If you are sitting on the lawn only, you can bring in food but you must take out anything that you bring in. No food is allowed inside the Offutt Center during this performance. Our Lachat bar will be open at 6pm and we encourage all lawn and indoor seating to visit our bar.

What will the Lachat Bar serve?

We will offer farm fresh specialty cocktails, wine, beer, and non alcoholic beverages. The bar will open at least one hour before the performance and is open to both indoor and lawn seating.

Are there any refunds for lawn seating if it rains?

No. You take the risk of rain if you purchase lawn seating.

Can I see the concert if sitting on the lawn?

No there are no sight lines if you purchase lawn seating but you will be able to hear the concert live on the lawn.
