Interwoven: Rock Climbing - Mommy and Me Connection Event

Special Operations Mothers and Children are invited to summon their courage and step out of their comfort zone into an experience that requires patience, trust and positive self talk. Participants are invited to embrace the opportunity to climb to new heights both physically and mentally at CityROCK. This physical activity depends upon thoughtful movement, careful planning of next steps, and trust in your belay partner.

While this activity requires courage to climb, this time spent with The Station Foundation emphasizes the importance of courage in setting boundaries that enable healthy life balance. Placing our well being on the calendar as an equally important placeholder is the first step in setting limits. Identifying our needs as a priority helps us breathe into the boundaries established and thrive in life's adversities. This workshop is created with the purpose of creating an atmosphere for connection, quality time and playful conversations between you and your child/ children. It is a great opportunity to explore a conversation about boundaries and trust.

Each child must be 7 years of age or older and attentive to instructions.

You will claim ONE ( 1 ) ticket per family. You will be prompted to enter the number of children attending, their name and age. Upon arrival on location, you will be asked to complete an additional waiver for yourself and your child/ children.

Additional Info:

• Come dressed in casual, easy to move in, "play"clothing.
• No experience is necessary.
• Snacks, juice and water will be provided.

When registering for an event, all required fields on the order form must be completed in entirety. Incomplete order forms will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding and helping us ensure event security and the highest quality experience possible.

This is a first come first serve event with a maximum capacity of 20 participants.

Cancellations:

If you can no longer attend this event, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate a participant on the waitlist.
