Interwoven: Family Oaks Canyon Hike
The Station Foundation invites SOF spouses and Kids to experience this beautiful canyon trail. This hike is through a beautiful canyon along water. We have picked this for the kid friendly distance ( 3.3 miles out and back). Spending time in nature allows families to engage their senses, alleviate stress, and explore nature together! During the hike we will tune in to the sensations of nature while we take one step at a time, and enjoy the view!
Please invite a friend within the Special Operations Community who is new to The Station.
No previous experience is necessary, and participants will have support throughout the hike from outStation Facilitator Jess Olson.
