The Archives and Records Association Section for New Professionals is holding a ‘Interview skills workshop’ at the Philip Robinson Library on Friday 21st April 2017.
The event runs from 2pm-5pm, with registration starting from 1.30pm. The event will allow attendees the opportunity to get advice and tips on good interview technique, alongside participation in a dummy interview process to test their skills in front of experts. Speakers for the event will be announced in due course. Attendees will also be given a tour of the archives as part of the session.
Refreshments will be provided free of charge and all attendees are welcome to join us for further informal networking in a nearby pub after the workshop finishes.
The University library is located approximately 20 minutes’ walk from Newcastle train station.
