<p>The mental health and wellness of Americans has decreased in recent years due to a variety of lifestyle choices (e.g. physical inactivity, obesity) and health factors (e.g. poverty, disease). Our research investigates brain plasticity related to lifestyle interventions to promote cognition and brain health across the lifespan.</p>
