What is the refund policy?

Registration fees are non-refundable. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please email us at stlaapcsocial@gmail.com. If a refund is granted, only the price of the event will be returned, not fees. Refunds requested after the seminar begins will not be considered under any circumstances.

How do I join the seminar?

Following registration, a Zoom link will be sent to you via email. Please save this link as it will be what you use to join the seminar on July 6. We recommend that you download the Zoom app to your computer or mobile device prior to the date of the seminar so that you don't experience a delay.

Is this seminar going to be recorded for on demand viewing?

As an AAPC chapter sponsored event, recording for later viewing is not allowed. You must join live to view the sessions and receive your CEUs.

How do I get my CEUs for this seminar?

During the seminar, the CEU index number will be provided on screen for those attending. It is the responsibility of each attendee to record this number and update their AAPC tracker. The chapter will NOT be providing CEU numbers or entering attendance after the event,

Are refunds available for technical issues?

If technical issues with sound or video affect all attendees, then yes, we would refund. If the issues are for individual attendees, then refunds will not be provided. We strongly recommend testing your internet and sound prior to the date of the seminar.

Which specialties do the CEUs cover?

At this time, AAPC is still reviewing the application. CEUs will definitely be available for CPC and CIRCC. We will update this FAQ once AAPC finalizes the other specialties.

Is there a discount if I just want to watch 1 session?

No. While you may choose to only watch 1 or 2 of the 3 sessions, the registration is valid for all 3. Choosing not to participate in all sessions will not have any effect on the price of this event.
