You’re invited to YMR Run Club – Intervals & Breakfast
Join us for a morning session with YMR Run Club, where we combine focused interval training with good company and a well-deserved breakfast afterward.
We’ll kick things off on the track with structured intervals, guided by our experienced coaches. Whether you’re chasing performance or simply love running together with others, the session is designed to be inclusive, motivating, and fun.
After the workout, we slow things down and gather for breakfast — a chance to refuel, connect, and talk running, training, and life beyond the track.
What to expect:

- Breakfast together after the run
