The 2024 Interstate Wine Fest is on Saturday June 8th 12pm-8pm at the Washington County Agricultural Education Center near Hagerstown, MD.
APPLICATION to be a vendor at the 2024 Interstate Wine Fest is free, however:
IF APPROVED, THE FOLLOWING VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES WILL APPLY:
FOOD VENDOR - $350 (18'x24') ALL FOOD VENDOR SPACES ARE FULL FOR THIS EVENT! WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANYMORE FOOD VENDOR APPLICATIONS.
REGULAR VENDOR - $150 (12'x12')
EXTRAS: Power $30 (at checkout). If you need double space, order two spots upon checkout. Checkout takes place on the Registration page, not this Application page.
*Vendors who apply will receive a confirmation email that their application was received. Vendors who are APPROVED will receive an INVITATION to Register, and payment will be collected at that time. If registration is not made within 7 days, you'll risk losing your approval.
All spaces are outside, most under pavilions (not food vendors).
While there are NO REFUNDS, in the event of serious emergency or weather event, we will consider transferring vendor fee to another event.

FEATURES: Over 130 Wines, Spirits, Seltzers, Ciders, & Beers! More than 100 Total Vendors, Awesome Food, Live Local Music, Karaoke, Fun Games , Mega Bubbles & More! THE BEACH BUMS (Jimmy Buffet & Beach Boys tribute band), Cheezy & The Crackers, Chris Sacks Band, and Leaping Luci will fill the air with those ISLAND VIBES! Since 2014, this event draws thousands of attendees annually and has raised tens of thousands of dollars for multiple area nonprofit groups.
