About this event

- The most effective behavioral health professionals seek to understand and account for the unique needs and challenges surrounding gender and race. This also greatly applies to homeless service providers. Issues and action steps related to gender and race are addressed in this training in a safe and open environment. Also, consider this training as part of a new staff member’s orientation/onboarding process.

- Objectives:

  1. Exploration of homelessness and gender

  3. Action steps for increasing equity in homeless services
