Intersection @ The Junction: Pop Up Preview #1

The Flatbush Junction BID is a formal non-profit organization made up of property owners and commercial tenants who are dedicated to promoting business development and improving an area’s quality of life. The FJ BID delivers supplemental services such as sanitation and maintenance, public safety and visitor services, marketing and promotional programs, capital improvements, and beautification for the area.

Intersection @ the Junction is an initiative that unites local artists and businesses to elevate and celebrate the Junction through unique instore art installations. Together these locations will create an Art Walk for the whole month of April, celebrating the Junction’s diverse and vibrant community. 
Pop Up Preview #1 will give a sneak peek of the art installations that will be displayed for Intersection @ The Junction’s April Art Walk. An initiative that unites local artists and businesses to elevate the Flatbush Junction Corridor through unique in-store art installations that celebrate the cultures, stories, and experiences of the local Flatbush Junction business community.
Starting at 6pm at 1449 Flatbush Avenue for a brief reception, guests will then be invited to visit Victoria Stennett Reality to meet and greet the participating artists and business owners.
<A HREF="http://www.victoriastennettrealty.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Victoria Stennett Reality</A> features artist Stephanie Renee Casso who will be showcasing her art installation which conveys the Flatbush landscape through a sculptural assemblage relief at 1454 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11210
Keka Marzagao will be showcasing her photography installation "Women of Flatbush" which uses portraits to explore issues of identity and representation at 1449 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11210
Event will include live music and refreshments, so come bring a friend and celebrate your community!
