About this event

Interoception is our sensory system that provides information about the internal condition of our body — how our body is feeling on the inside.

Would you like to chat to learn about interoception and the link with sensory needs and emotional regulation?

Would you like to talk to others who are going through the same as you and share what has worked, or not worked for you as a family?

Great Minds Together is holding this online session for parents/carers & Personal Assistants of autistic children, young people and adults on the diagnostic pathway living in the North West of England (however, no diagnosis is needed).

The session will be facilitated by one of our Peer Educators who has lived experience.

Our Drop-In is free to attend and is held virtually online.
