Around the world, women are leading the way with effective, ethical, empathetic leadership. International Conference for Women Leaders and Lifetime Achievement Awards is a quadrennial (every four years) event inspiring women leaders. We look forward to welcoming you to this ground breaking ceremony. The conference includes keynotes, reflective conversations, panels, and presentations while we reflect, rejuvenate, inspires each other and develop practice as leaders for today and tomorrow.
This year's conference will host more than 100 key players in the political, economic, and social arenas from around the world, including ministers, state governors and their wives, members of parliament, heads of national and international organizations as well as international NGO's. It will mark a significant turning point for the global agenda for gender diversity, equality, equity and inclusion.
The Lifetime Achievement Award is intended for individuals with at least 4 years of documented accomplishments who have had a significant impact on a large number of individuals and organizations in 12 critical areas of concern:

- Education and training of women
- Women and health
- Violence against women
- Women and armed conflict
- Women and the economy
- Women in power and decision-making
- Institutional mechanism for the advancement of women

More than 100 Men and Women will be honoured with a lifetime achievement award. Lifetime Achievement Award is the highest and most coveted award that will be given this year.
