Whether you are hosting an intern for the first time or looking to strengthen your approach, this session will cover the key practices that help create a positive and productive experience for both interns and supervisors.We will explore why internships matter, how they support your team and organization, and the role they play in building a stronger future workforce. From there, we will walk through the fundamentals of effective supervision, including setting expectations, onboarding, creating an inclusive environment, and giving feedback that helps interns grow and contribute.Through real-world examples and discussion, participants will also look at common challenges that can come up during an internship and how to respond with confidence. You will leave with practical tools, fresh perspective, and ideas you can apply right away.
