About this event
This intermediate-level course will provide you with an introduction to Pathway Analysis using R. First, Alex Pico from the Gladstone Bioinformatics Core will introduce you to common software tools and methods for functional enrichment analysis of omics data, including WikiPathways, Cytoscape, RStudio, and the R packages: clusterProfiler, rWikiPathways, and RCy3. Then, in a hands-on portion, you’ll walk through a basic enrichment analysis, including basic data visualization and exploration. Advanced topics on pathway visualization and publishing figures will also be covered, and time will be reserved for you to work with your own data and project topics.
