Intermediate Meditation & Buddhist Talk

Join us for a peaceful afternoon of meditation and an inspiring Buddhist talk at the Dhammakaya International Meditation Center. This monthly class offers a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice and gain insights into Buddhist teachings.

This is designated as an "intermediate" level meditation class as there will not be introductory instruction for meditation provided at the beginning of class. The class is intended for practictioners who already have experience meditating and are looking to deepen their practice in a group setting. We invite you to bring specific questions on current challenges in practice to discuss with other practictioners and learn from each other's experiences. The meditation session will be 1 hour in length.

If you are new to meditation, we invite you to check out our all-levels meditation class hosted every Sunday morning by Peace Point Meditation.

The Buddhist talk will provide valuable insights into the core principles of Buddhism, offering practical wisdom for navigating life's challenges and finding true happiness. Engage in meaningful discussions with knowledgeable monks and passionate peers and gain a deeper understanding of the profound teachings.

Whether you're seeking personal growth, spiritual nourishment, or simply a moment of tranquility, this event promises to be an enriching experience for all. We hope to see you there.
