The show features a curated gallery of local talent across 25 booths, including a dedicated "Youth Spotlight" for five local artists under the age of 18. Attendees can explore a Legacy Exhibit of pieces already donated to the center and participate in a Community Art Auction. In a commitment to supporting both the senior center and its participants, 100% of the auction and legacy proceeds will benefit VIC’s Bernardi programs, while participating artists keep 100% of their individual booth sales.

We are thrilled to open our doors at the Bernardi Center for an event that truly bridges the gap between our youngest neighbors and our cherished seniors," says Leticia, Director of Operations. "By providing a platform for all ages to share their work, we are not just displaying art—we are strengthening the community bonds that make Van Nuys special."

Event Highlights:

  • Free Admission: Open to the public; refreshments available for purchase (unless sponsored).
  • Artist-First Model: Active artists keep 100% of their profits from booth sales.
  • Fundraising Auction: Bidding on original donated works from all age groups starts at 9:00 AM.
  • Legacy Exhibit: A rare chance to view and purchase pieces from the center’s long-standing collection to support senior programming.
