Program Eligibility:

18- 24 years old at the time of enrollment (next class will be September 2024)

- NOT ENROLLED in school/college

- Not employed more than 20 hours a week/unemployed

- Have a High school diploma or High school equivalency diploma

- NYC Resident

- Must have a social security card/work authorization card

- Have not been enrolled in an Advance & Earn or Train & Earn program before.
