Overview

This workshop intends to connect social scientists with non-social scientists, to open up opportunities for accessing impact funding.

This is an in-person workshop that intends to connect social scientists with non-social scientists, to open up opportunities for accessing impact funding through the Social Science Impact Accelerator Programme (SSIA).

Funding for interdisciplinary impact projects of £5,000 to £15,000 will be made available for 6-8 months, to those with projects initiated through this workshop.

Please note: To qualify for SSIA funding, impact projects must be at least 50% social science led. This means at least 50% project team, must be Royal Holloway academics from Social Science disciplines. To find out more, please see our eligibility guidance here.


What to expect

Attendees will be grouped according to their research expertise* and given time to work collaboratively with colleagues towards an impact project outline.
