Ascension Parish Sheriff Bobby Webre would like to welcome females 17 years old and up to attend this free interactive women's self defense class. This class will be taught by certified defensive tactics instructors with the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office and will cover rape prevention, situational awareness, hands-on techniques along with several other topics. Student participation will be optional. Proper attire should be worn for practical exercises.
