About this event

Enjoy Farmery meats alongside a customizable tour of our working farm. This 1.5 hour tour serves as an up close adventure of the farm where you can meet and greet our animals/staff, bottle feed babies (seasonal), and interact with characters around the farm like Dottie, Shirley, Peaches, and Charles! You'll learn about how we promote and practice sustainable agriculture, ethical animal husbandry, and hard work for this to all come together. At the end of the tour, you will take home a sampling of fresh eggs, Piedmontese beef, Berkshire pork, and lamb all raised here on the Farmery. This is a super fun and engaging family outing or date night together.

After booking your tour, shoot us an email with what you would like to do / see / and learn about while you're here! If we don't hear from you prior to your tour, we will do a big walking circle on a back road and through fields to observe all the types of livestock at the farm, with small stops to interact with animals and to discuss our operations.

Frequently asked questions

Can this be rescheduled?

The tour can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance for any reason, any time.

What is the activity level of the tour?

The tour is totally customizable! We can tailor your experience anywhere from wheelchair accessible to a multi-mile hike of the farm. Please let us know a week in advance if you will need specific accommodations.

Are the start times flexible?

We try to be as flexible as possible. If you would like to move your tour to a different start or end time, just reach out to us via email (birchcreekfarmery@gmail.com), and we will try our best to accommodate you! We can move the date of the tour to a different day as well with some planning ahead.

Refunds or Cancellations

You can cancel for a refund 48 hours in advance. If we cancel the tour for a farm emergency or if the weather is lousy, we will reschedule the tour with you. If we are unable to find a new tour date that works for you and us, your tour will be fully refunded. Refunds do not include Eventbrite fees

Tickets are limited to 5 adults per tour, can I add more?
